Instructions for using handheld sandblasting machine

Handheld sandblasting machine is a portable surface treatment equipment widely used in fields such as maintenance, mold cleaning, and art restoration. The following is the usage method of the handheld sandblasting machine:

1. Preparation work: Check whether all components of the equipment are intact, whether the air source pressure is normal, and whether the sand material is sufficient. Wear protective equipment such as goggles, gloves, and protective clothing to ensure safe operation.

2. Connect the air source: Connect the intake pipe of the sandblasting machine to the compressed air source, ensuring a secure connection and no air leakage.

3. Fill with sand: Open the sand cover of the sandblasting machine and pour an appropriate amount of sand into the sand tank, being careful not to exceed the maximum capacity.

4. Adjust pressure: Adjust the air source pressure and sandblasting pressure according to the material and processing requirements of the workpiece to make them suitable for the current operation.

5. Hold the spray gun: Hold the spray gun firmly and ensure that the nozzle is aligned with the surface of the workpiece to be processed.

6. Start sandblasting: Turn on the switch of the sandblasting machine, the air source starts to supply air, and the sand material is sprayed at high speed through the nozzle onto the surface of the workpiece for cleaning and roughening treatment.

7. Operation skills: Keep the distance between the nozzle and the surface of the workpiece at around 10-15 centimeters, control the spraying angle between 45-90 degrees, move the spray gun evenly, avoid staying in the same position for too long, and prevent damage to the surface of the workpiece.

8. Turn off sandblasting: After completing the sandblasting operation, turn off the switch of the sandblasting machine, disconnect the air source connection, clean the work site, pour out the remaining sand material and store it properly.

By using the handheld sandblasting machine correctly, the surface of the workpiece can be effectively cleaned and roughened, improving the adhesion and durability of subsequent processes.
