Instructions for using shot blasting machine

4. Monitoring and adjustment: During the operation of the equipment, the real-time monitoring system is used to observe the operating status of the equipment and the processing effect of the workpiece. According to the actual situation, adjust the shot blasting parameters in a timely manner to ensure the cleaning effect and production efficiency.

5. Unloading and Cleaning: After processing, start the automatic unloading system and remove the cleaned workpiece from the discharge port. Regularly maintain and clean the equipment, especially the shot blasting equipment, conveying system, and dust removal system, to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.

6. Shutdown steps: After completing all processing tasks, shut down all systems of the device, cut off the power, and clean the work site. Perform daily maintenance and record keeping of equipment to prepare for future use.
