General composition

A complete liquid sandblasting machine generally consists of five systems, namely structural system, medium power system, pipeline system, control system, and auxiliary system.

working principle

The liquid sandblasting machine uses grinding fluid as the feed power for grinding fluid, and delivers the evenly stirred grinding fluid (a mixture of abrasive and water) to the spray gun through a grinding fluid pump. Compressed air, as the acceleration power of the grinding fluid, enters the spray gun through the air supply pipe. Inside the spray gun, compressed air accelerates the grinding fluid entering the spray gun and is then sprayed out through the nozzle to achieve the expected processing purpose on the surface to be processed. In a liquid sandblasting machine, the grinding fluid pump is the feeding power, and compressed air is the acceleration power.
