The simplest three steps of shot blasting machine


The process of surface treatment using a shot blasting machine can be simplified into the following three basic steps:

1. Preparation work: Before starting the shot blasting machine, necessary preparations need to be made for the equipment and workpieces. Including checking whether all components of the equipment are intact, whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the electrical connections are firm. Confirm whether the quantity and quality of the shot blasting medium meet the requirements, clean up the debris in the shot blasting room, and ensure that the equipment can operate normally.

2. Loading workpieces: Place the workpieces to be processed into the shot blasting chamber of the shot blasting machine, secure the workpieces, and ensure that they do not move or collide during the shot blasting process. For large or complex workpieces, it may be necessary to classify and arrange them in advance for uniform shot blasting and improved processing efficiency.

3. Start the shot blasting machine: Turn on the power switch and start the various systems of the shot blasting machine, including the shot blasting machine, conveying system, and dust removal system. Adjust shot blasting parameters, such as shot blasting speed, shot blasting volume, and shot blasting angle, to meet the requirements of the workpiece to be processed. Monitor the operating status of the monitoring equipment and the processing effect of the workpiece, adjust the shot blasting parameters in a timely manner according to the actual situation, and ensure the cleaning effect and production efficiency.

Through the above three simple steps, it is possible to effectively use shot blasting machines for surface treatment, improve the surface quality and anti-corrosion performance of workpieces, and meet various industrial production needs.
