Rotary table shot blasting machine loads workpiece by turntable. According to the diameter of turntable, it can be divided into 1 200 mm, 1 600 mm, 1 800 mm, 2 2500 mm and so on. The shot blasting machine can be equipped with single or multiple shot blasters according to workpiece products, etc. Its working principle is: the workpiece is placed on the turntable (there is a distance between the workpieces, no contact, no collision), the turntable takes the workpiece into cleaning area for shot blasting cleaning, when transferred to the position of the placement, the workpiece can be removed. Therefore, this type of machine is most suitable for the workpiece one side without cleaning, otherwise the workpiece should be turned over and cleaned again.
Mayflay manufactures single-turntable and double-turntable version rotary table shot blasting machine, which both work with the main turntable. Hangers can be equipped on both single-turntable and double-turntables version to have easier and more thorough shot blasting work for hanging work pieces.
Multiple working stations can be designed on the main turntable to allow work pieces loading at the same time when other work pieces are in the blasting process to save time of working. This machine is an ideal solution for symmetric parts and the turntable can be programmed to stay at specific position to work with specific blast wheel to have thorough surface cleaning of dissymmetric parts.
Turntable loading weight can be customized in accordance with work piece dealt with. Work pieces are either loaded as a large single component for processing or hung on specific hanger on the turntable and rotated to the working stations for blasting process. It is usually used for medium casting and forgings, valves and petroleum drill etc.
Surface cleaning or strengthening of medium and small-sized castings and forgings in the industries of gear, gear shaft, forging, casting, construction, chemical industry, motor, machine tool, etc., such as removing oxide scale, burr, sand casting, etc.

All-around capability
A wide variety of different work pieces can be processed on the turntable, from sturdy components in different shapes and sizes to very delicate, fragile parts. Easy integration into complete manufacturing lines and the possibility of automated part loading and unloading make the Mayflay rotary table shot blasting machine a truly all-around shot blasting system.
Time-saving and smart blasting

Reliable quality & customizable size
Shot blasting chamber is completely engineered of manganese steel plates with thickness between 6 and 10 mm and welded in one piece, making the machines extremely tight and sturdy. For optimum wear protection, the area exposed to the blast stream is lined with replaceable protective manganese steel plates. These overlapping liners are not bolted on but hung with a special system.
Different design configurations and capacity sizes are available for low and high work piece requirements. Size, number and power of blast wheel vary considerably depending on work pieces as well as the expected result and efficiency.

Much shorter time of parameter configuration, much less working hours of operator and high efficiency because all process parameters of work pieces blasting can be configured and saved in PLC control unit without unnecessary repeat input & repeat pressing different buttons.

Environment protection
We adopt high-end methods to reduce noise to 85DB and dust emission concentration to less than 50mg/m3 (these results can be even better with higher standard of configurations).
Blasting chamber system
a.The basting chamber consists 6mm thickness Manganese 13 steel plates well welded in one piece and Manganese 13 steel protective boards, offering excellent wear resistance. And a line of thick Mn 13 steel protective boards are installed at the exposed area to the steel shots stream to protect the blasting chamber. These protective boards are not bolted on but hung with a special way and easy to assemble and replace.
b.Unique special multi-layer sealing system is developed and installed around the door to keep the machine sealing effect excellently with low noise level and also prevent accidents of steel shot spillage.
Screw conveyor system
a.At the bottom of the blasting chamber, one screw conveyor, formed by screw axle, blades soldered on the screw axle and screw heads at both sides, is driven by the gear motor of the bucket elevator and during working, the screw conveyor transits shots to the bottom of the bucket elevator and shots are lifted by the buckets to the upper part of the elevator and put into the steel shot separator.
Bucket elevator system
a.This dismountable elevator system is built with steel plates by accurate soldering technique, 2 high-quality wheel hubs, 1 elevator body, 1 durable belt and several alloy buckets.
b.It is driven by 1 gear motor at the top to lifts the shots recycled by the screw conveyor onto the separator and storage cabinet.
c.An access port is designed on the elevator for easy maintenance and examination.
Separator system
1.To separate good shots and broken shots and dust, the air-flow separator is the most cost-effective option and It is built and soldered with steel plates and different chambers inside to lead the air flow and multi-level steel plates to adjust and balance the sliding shots flow amount.
2.Shots & dust mixture is transported from the screw conveyor and go downward on a sliding steel board and get into the way of the air flow. Good shots are heavy and not driven to move by the air flow but broken shots are much lighter to be lead to the other slide board that connected with a broken shot collector/bucket. Dust directly flows in the air flow direction and is taken to the air outlet to be dealt with by the dust collector.
Semi-automatic flow valve
a.Fully sealed semi-automatic flow valves are equipped with lockable examination window & 2 bearings to control the flow amount of the shots into the blast wheels.
b.At the upper part of each flow valve, a manual stop valve is installed to stop the shots flow under the circumstance of examination or maintenance.
Casting & CNC machined blast wheel system
a.Mayflay learns from German technology and manufactures our specially-designed casting & CNC machined blast wheels in combination of our own industrial advantages and features. Mayflay blast wheel is combined with a highly hard-wearing impeller, 8pcs extremely hard and durable plug-pull type blades, a control cage and a shot distributor to control the blasting direction and pre-accelerate.
b.We ensure excellent performance of dynamic balance and perfect shots output efficiency and great convenience for maintenance. Variable frequency speed control technology to control and adjust the power of the blasting.
c.Mayflay P series power system is used in this blast wheel: specially-designed and manufactured ABB motor, die steel CNC machined + low-pressure & vacuum heat treatment vulnerable parts inside. These special vulnerable parts have 58-62HRC surface hardness that is extremely durable and has super long lifespan. The most outstanding feature is the no-load current is only 6 Amps.
Dust collector System
a.It includes cyclone separator and the cartridge filter. the cyclone separator separates most of heavy dust and the cartridge filter blocks and filters the escaped air & dust mixture.
b.Electromagnetic pulse technology is applied in the cartridge filter to shock and separate the dust from the filter. Dust goes down to the collect storage cabinet due to its gravity.
c.Silencer and secondary filter ensure that noise emission is lower than 85DB and dust emission is lower than 50mg/m³.
